Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract between you and AK Foundry Ltd. We are not obliged to launch on any particular date or at any particular price, and you are not obliged to subscribe when we launch.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this page.
