When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and the time you submitted the form. We do not use cookies or analytics scripts on this page.

Why we use it

We use your email to notify you about the Phrasemill launch and related product updates you have asked to receive. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the waitlist form.

Where it is stored

Email addresses are stored with MailerLite, our email service provider, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until launch if you do not become a customer and we no longer need the list for that purpose.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@phrasemill.com. You may also unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
